During this week, you can expect fantastic dishes centered around bio goose created and prepared by Hans Peter Fink & his kitchen team.
TIP: Gently cooked BIO pasture goose for home! (Only against prior order) as well as a goose liver spread to take home. (in a 143ml jar)
