However you choose to travel to the Thermen- &Vulkanland Steiermark region ‒ plane, train or automobile ‒ you’ll find the journey quick and easy. Ever heard of the Thermenlandbus? This shuttle will bring you straight to Styria’s “Spa Country”!

Arriving by car:

The Pyhrn Autobahn is easy to access from Germany. Taking the Nuremberg/Regensburg autobahn thus shortens your journey by about half an hour. Visitors coming from Munich might also prefer this “gateway to Styria” part of the motorway, as they will be able to bypass the section that runs through the Salzkammergut region and Schladming.
