Only organic free-range geese from the Krainer family in Riegersburg are used – regional, sustainable, and with the highest quality standards. Whether traditionally roasted, finely spiced, or creatively interpreted: The goose shows its best side here. Accompanied by seasonal side dishes, every bite becomes a culinary experience.
Tip for connoisseurs at home: The gently cooked organic free-range goose is also available for takeout – just pre-order, arrange your desired date, and enjoy comfortably at home. The homemade goose liver spread in a jar (143 ml) is also a true delicacy for home or as a gift.
