A workshop for traditional baking
This course is all about the art of baking with natural sourdough. Under the guidance of master baker Torsten Scheer from "dein Brotheld", you will learn about the production and maintenance of sourdough and how to use it for various baked goods and further cultivate it. Together, we will bake delicious breads & pastries.We will bake together:
