Through the valley of the mills!
Explore the Mühlental in St. Kathrein am Offenegg in the form of a guided hike. Mühlental experts tell a lot about the history and development of the Mühlental. You can see the old and new mills and also take a peek inside. Further information on the guided hike is also available from the Karl-Wirt inn! Originally there were 20 mills here, today 2 show mills (Lambachmühle and Grabenflorlmühle) can still be visited. In addition, the Winkelbauermühle is still in operation, which of course can also be visited! There are also special sculptures along the way! Horseshoe artist Sascha Exenberger has created special exhibits here.
You can also combine this with the "Almenland fish tour" from the Karl-Wirt inn. In addition to the Almenland fish, the Karl-Wirt offers a wide range of leisure activities: Almenland bouncy castles, indoor rifle shooting, bowling alleys, go-kart tracks and much more!
