According to their own statements, the parents planted the first vines in 1986 and thus passed the joy and passion for the profession into the cradle of the two daughters Christina and Maria, who have been running the business since 2011 in the 2nd generation.
The Buschenschank was lovingly built over many years from an old farmhouse and has held the title "Excellent Buschenschank" for more than 10 years. The products all come from the region and are selected according to the season (vegetables, salad, game...). The raw meat is carefully refined by hand, pickled and smoked on beech wood.
