The special shape of the chapel was designed by Prof. Karl Hodina. Karl Hodina (1935–2017, Vienna) was an Austrian painter and musician. The Rüsthaus and the Apfelschlössl, which houses a café, were also built according to his designs.
The special architectural style of the buildings is intended to trigger positive moods in people thanks to its round shape and colorfulness. The regional artist Richard Ludersdorfer worked with Prof. Karl Hodina and created the art glass work in the chapel in Prebuch, the “glass flames” above the windows of the Prebuch fire station and the art glass design in the interior of the Apple Castle (Apfelschlössl).
Accessible all year round.
