For more than 45 years, the small farm has been baking bread and producing meat and sausage specialties on a full-time basis.


Josefa Glieder was appointed "Real Styrian" bread ambassador, because she sees bread not only as a tasty dish, but also as a valuable food in the truest sense of the word. With rye and whole spelled flour, natural sourdough and various spices, a down-to-earth and healthy bread is created (in the form of classic farmer's bread, hill country bread, hill country spelled bread, nut bread and Kletzenbrot), which is marketed directly in the "Hills east of Graz" region and beyond is very popular with customers and has already received numerous awards. Not only a wide variety of wonderful bread specialties are offered here, but also yeast pastries such as Donuts, Strauben, Nussreindling, Striezel and Buchteln. Also for the numerous sausage and ham delicacies from their own production - such as Easter ham, Moastabratl (dried loin), pork belly or smoked sausages - the Members family has already received several awards. The extensive range of pleasures is completed with spreads, jelly and sausages.
