The Bischof family has been working together as a family since 1909 in order to further develop the business and to combine long-standing traditions with new, creative ideas and products.

In addition to the production and processing of quality fruit, master beekeeper and must sommelier Hannes Bischof has been passionate about beekeeping for many years, which he inherited from his grandfather. At the Gleisdorf Farmers' Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, Father Franz looks after customers with a lot of fun and humor and offers all products from organic beekeeping as well as fresh fruit (apples, pears, peaches, apricots, plums), juices, sparkling cider, brandies, pumpkin seed oil, the finest vinegar, jams and even offer their own kiwis and pickled peppers.
