…and how this works I want to show you on my Happiness Tour 2025. Unfortunately, we have never learned how to truly be "happy." Instead, we learned that happiness is a feeling that occurs when we achieve certain goals, fulfill our wishes, or satisfy our needs. However, lasting happiness works quite differently.
Let me show you how!
Life is not always as simple as we would like it to be. Even the strongest among us experience situations where it seems that their strength is fading and the feeling of happiness is miles away. Thoughts and feelings of insecurity, powerlessness, doubt, and fear repeatedly find their way into our consciousness, manipulating any sense of happiness as well as the feeling of lightness.
Even when people are mentally strong and give their all every day, lasting life happiness seems hardly attainable, and do you know what seems the most unfair: The people who give the most, are always loving, diligent, and always there for others face the most challenges. Let’s change this once and for all.
