On every Advent Saturday, the Christkindlmarkt takes place in the area of Kunsthaus-Passage, Rathausgasse, Bismarckgasse, K&K Passage, as well as at Südtiroler Platz, all beautifully illuminated with Christmas lights.

In a cheerful atmosphere, a diverse range of handicrafts, quality goods, and delightful treats is offered. The Weiz clubs and charitable organizations also welcome their members, friends, and visitors at the association hut village and throughout the entire market area. The festive music at the market is provided by the Weiz Singing Association and a formation from BRG Weiz.

Additionally, throughout the entire Advent season, there is a special children's fairy tale forest in the Kunsthaus-Passage to explore, featuring the story tree. Furthermore, one can stroll through the city in the glow of the Christmas lights, admire life-sized wooden snowmen along the alleys, and enjoy the atmospheric nativity scene in the main square.

There is also a very beautiful wooden nativity scene in the Garden of Generations.

At the photo point in the K&K-Passage, visitors can capture their visit to the Weiz Christkindlmarkt on Saturdays between 10 AM and 4 PM. Of course, a ride in a horse-drawn carriage through the festively decorated city center is one of the absolute highlights of a visit to the Weiz Christkindlmarkt.
