Andreas discovered his love for cabaret in his youth. Back in the late 90s, it was people like Alfred Dorfer and Josef Hader who inspired him. His first attempts and initial stage experiences took place in the youth theater of Europajugend. With the play "Der Meisterboxer," in which Andreas got the lead role, it even went on tour in Germany.
At some point, however, music developed into a major passion, and in 2008, he made the leap to professional musician. Yet the thoughts of creating his own cabaret program kept recurring. Only upon completing the book "Auf dem Weg zu mir" by Schlintl and considering how and in what context it should be presented did he decide to pursue cabaret. This decision was further supported by his friend and best man, Harald. The first cabaret program, which shares the same name as the book, tells stories from life and the "ME" that everyone carries within. "As children, we have big dreams and wishes, but these are mostly shattered by our environment and school, making it hard for us to remember them as adults." Andreas packages some of his own stories, such as a plumbing apprentice's struggle with constipation or the sensitive topic of vacuuming in relationships, into relatable narratives. When the laughter muscles need a break, he picks up the guitar and musically points out that we are becoming more and more a number.
