Haberlstall-Round, Gasen
Open
The beautiful hike with many viewpoints leads from Gasen via the Haberstall and the Plankogel back to the music village of Gasen in the picturesque Almenland Nature Park.
The hike leads from the Musidorf Gasen over the Pöllabauerkreuz to the Haberstall Hut and on to the Sommeralm. The climb to Plankogel with its impressive summit cross is rewarded with breathtaking views. You cross idyllic pastures and picturesque forest sections that offer cool shade, especially in summer. The route is not only characterized by its viewpoints such as the Stoani World Tower, the rustic Haberlstall Hut or the "Pöllabauer Pless", but also gives an insight into the diversity of the landscape. The descent leads to the Stoakoglhütte before the circular route leads back to Gasen.
Along the way (Haberstall Hütte & Stoakoglhütte) and in the center of Gasen, the innkeepers invite you to take a leisurely break. The music village and the hiking trails around it are characterized by the music group “Die Stoakogler”. In Gasen you can also visit the Stoanihaus with an interactive exhibition on the world of Stoanis.
