The freshly maintained sourdough is processed into delicious farmhouse bread by experienced bakers at night. In addition to classics like organic crusty bread, whole grain breads, rolls, and corn spikes, you can also expect hearty pizza, bacon, and cheese rolls as well as sweet pastry dishes and many other delicacies.
