At the beginning of the tour you will take some impressions of the village center. A visit to the Römersteinmuseum next to the parish church is highly recommended. Start the tour in the direction of Mariensäule and then turn left into Hintergasse. After 200 m turn right into Buchgrabenweg and walk slightly uphill towards the highway. Alongside the A2 you walk until you reach Hohenbrugg on a flat path. Go through the small village and at the end of the village turn right. An idyllic forest path leads you to Waltersdorfberg. At the edge of the forest you have the possibility to refresh yourself at the Landhotel-Restaurant Erhardt, which is only a few meters away from the path. When you leave the forest, a short stretch of road leads you back into the forest. Downhill you go in the direction of the highway underpass, then turn right twice and back into the center of Bad Waltersdorf.
