The family business is idyllically embedded in the "Southeast Styrian hill country" in the wine-growing community of Klöch.
Bought in 1954 by Theresia Simmerl and run by her son Josef Simmerl, who set up the business. In 1994, Josef Simmerl handed the business over to his daughter Theresia Klimbacher. The cellar and master winemaker Bruno Klimbacher, Theresia Klimbacher's son, has been running the business since 2010.
Our master business covers an area of 5 hectares and we buy grapes from the Klöch wine-growing community
