In total we cultivate about 4 hectares of vineyards.
The majority of our vineyards are located in close proximity to the farm, which allows for quick processing of the grapes. The grapes themselves ripen on volcanic soil to a special quality. Our passion for our craft is visible and tangible, from the vineyard to the bottling. Our craft Quality is our priority. The grape harvest is total manual work and must be carried out with great care, because only a high quality of grapes allows a good wine. Our wine is fermented and stored exclusively in steel tanks. At each step of the process we constantly pay attention to cleanliness.
Our variety Our wine palette ranges from Welschriesling to Sämling to Gewürztraminer and thus offers the right wine for every taste. We belong to the TAU vintners. 11 winegrowers from our traditional winegrowing community joined together to create a common wine. Each winemaker gives his wine a very personal touch. The motto is "TAU is different. And 11 times over". The name TAU stands for down-to-earthness and attachment to the homeland.
