Fritz Rauer runs - together with his family - a fifth-generation farm in Bierbaum near Bad Blumau. To make it easier to imagine production, you can observe it in Rauer's Vitaminreich, a world of experience. From the seeds to the crunchy vegetables, one experiences the production of the products and can taste them afterwards.

Fritz Rauer is a visionary vitamin tinkerer, passionate pleasure expert and innovative pioneer when it comes to local superfoods. The showpiece product is undoubtedly the organic sprouts from Rauer. Furthermore, crunchy vegetables, various salads and fine oils are grown and processed. In addition to conventional methods, plant protection is also carried out with beneficial organisms that act as natural counterparts to pests. This protects the environment and the products are treated with as few pesticides as possible.

Join us on a experience tour through our vitamin-rich farm! Here, the cultivation and processing of crunchy vegetables, vitamin-rich sprouts, and fine oils can not only be experienced but also understood, felt, and tasted. You will gain insights into the entire production process – from seed to harvest. In addition, you will receive practical expertise hands-on.

After each tour, there will, of course, be a tasting of our products and the opportunity to purchase these and many other products in our farm shop.

Duration: approx. 1.5 – 2 hours (tour of the vegetable production facility + tasting)

approx. 2 – 2.5 hours (including a tour of the raw material & food processing facility + tasting)
