Conviction creates convincing real wine
On the Rosenberg in St. Peter am Ottersbach, the Ploder family cultivates a total of 12.5 hectares of vineyards. In 2006, they switched to biodynamic cultivation, certified organic wines have been produced since 2010, and since 2015 the Ploder-Rosenberg winery has been a recognized Demeter operation.
The abandonment of all synthetic, systemic and deep-acting fungicides, insecticides and herbicides, consistent circular thinking and long-term sustainable action produces a fine and pure wine result that is increasingly popular.
The ideal opportunity to experience the doing and acting at the winery Ploder-Rosenberg offers a "VerFührung". With a welcome drink, you will roam through the vineyards and cellar and then taste - including inspiration from ubiquitous art objects.
