Jagd-, Natur- & Wilderermuseum

St. Peter a. Ottersbach

The aim of the museum is to awaken the understanding for the concerns of hunting, game and nature. Together, the tradition and customs of hunting should be brought closer to the population, especially the youth.

On the trail of nature

Hunting paraphernalia, taxidermy of local wildlife and more offer insight into the history of hunting, its traditions and the customs that surround it. For children and young people there are special tours and events on the topics of nature, game and hunting throughout the year. Half-day or full-day museum tours and hikes are offered with quality culinary delights in inns and Buschenschänken, as well as wine tastings at the winegrowers in the area.

The hunters of the local branch St. Peter am Ottersbach are available for guided tours. Please contact Mr. Gerhard Haas 0043 664 50 28 547 or Mr. Franz Wonisch 0043 664 23 35 170.
