The Buschenschank is an honest cross-section of the region - the wine in the glass, the food on the board, the regulars at the table. Those with longer journeys also quickly join them.
The menu itself is simple but solid. Brettljause, crusty roast, sandwiches and small desserts in a glass. Elisabeth, who can't rest and has swapped the regulars' table for the kitchen in the guesthouse, knows what the guests like.
