The farmers' wives invite you to an enjoyable cooking evening dedicated to the dumpling! Whether as a fine soup addition, hearty main course, or sweet dessert – hardly any dish is as versatile as the dumpling.
Together with the speaker Monika Sommer, you will discover traditional and creative dumpling variations, learn tips and tricks from the rural kitchen, and prepare delicious dishes that not only taste great but are also easy to replicate.
The course is aimed at anyone who is eager for new ideas around the dumpling – regardless of whether you are a beginner or an experienced home cook. In a cozy setting, you will chop, shape, cook, and of course, taste!
