Lesliehof open-air cinema

Graz

Arthouse, classics, and popcorn in the Joanneumsviertel.

A balmy summer evening in the courtyard of the Lesliehof: Behind the historic walls of the Joanneumsviertel, the mobile cinema opens its doors. Here, modern filmmaking meets tradition, right in Graz. Under the open sky, every evening becomes a special cinematic experience.

Films from around the world are shown – from current arthouse productions to regional treasures. There are also cold drinks and fresh popcorn available. 160 chairs and 38 deck chairs ensure relaxed viewing, whether at the short film program or during an exciting feature film.

Getting there is easy: Take tram lines 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 to the Hauptplatz / Congress stop, then a short walk. Bus 67 also brings guests directly to Andreas-Hofer-Platz. This makes it easy to visit the summer cinema at Lesliehof spontaneously.

The atmospherically lit courtyard becomes a special cinema space in the evening. The box office opens one hour before the start, and subscriptions for five shows including popcorn extend the enjoyment. This way, the Lesliehof becomes a special meeting point for film fans in the summer.
