In this chocolate course, you will learn the most important basic concepts for making sweet delicacies. With ingredients and skillful hand movements, true works of art can be created. It is fun to develop and taste your own creations.
Incidentally, chocolate contains amazing health benefits for the brain and body.
Retter BioGut - which has only been open to visitors since the end of August 2018, including as part of guided tours: The energy-optimized building houses the distillery, herb shop and ice cream shop. Juices and spirits are made from organic fruit from the surrounding Retter orchards, among other things. A large part of the delicacies are served to guests in the hotel.
