The Wetterkoglerhaus on Hochwechsel is open in the summer season.
The shelter is located at 1743 m above sea level on the summit of the Hochwechsel and offers a breathtaking view of the Joglland-Waldheimat region and far beyond. The chapel and the summit cross are also something very special and attract many visitors every year.
There are also gluten and lactose-free meals for snacks.
The winter room is open outside of business hours.
The Wetterkoglerhaus can be reached by car via toll road (toll fee: € 5.00).
