Special emphasis is also placed on old-fashioned dishes, such as Klachlsuppe, roast pork, Stelze or stuffed veal breast, which are offered throughout the year. For the use of its own products and those from the surrounding regions, the Backhendlstation has been awarded the AMA Gastro Seal and as a Styrian Dorfwirt.
