The newly renovated holiday home of the Brenner family is located in the center of St. Kathrein am Offenegg and offers enough space for families, hikers and pilgrims as well as larger groups. The house is divided into 3 floors.
On the ground floor there is a large lounge with a fully equipped kitchen and bar that can be managed by the guests themselves. The large room is also suitable for celebrations of all kinds.
On the 1st floor there is an apartment with 2 double rooms and a 4-bed room (with 2 bunk beds) a twin room (bunk bed) in which there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a 3-bed room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a balcony on the south side. The living room leads to a large terrace, where a grill and seating can be found. Last but not least, there is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer that can be used.
On the 2nd floor there are 5 double rooms and a 4-bed room (with 2 bunk beds) as well as a 2-bed room (with a bunk bed). All rooms are equipped with toilet, shower and a balcony. In addition to the kitchen and the lounge, there is a lot against boredom on the ground floor: play equipment, dart machine, air hockey, turntable, pool table, table tennis and much more! From the garden you can watch the cute alpacas and llamas of the Kathrein alpaca farm up close. If that's not enough - you still dream of alpacas, because if you wish you can borrow alpaca blankets and pillows and dream really well in the stone pine beds in the holiday home!
