The usable "weeds" on our doorstep are currently experiencing a renaissance and are just waiting to be rediscovered by us

Look, feel, smell and taste your way through the delicacies from the "wild Styrian delicatessen" and listen to the enchanting stories from the world of plants. 

• cosy herb tour in the beautiful Murtal valley in my garden & surroundings sensual and experience-oriented discovery of the world of wild herbs, combined with enchanting stories
• Presentation and tasting of the approx. 10-12 most important seasonal wild plants -Explanation of important identification features as well as training in a feel for nature in order to be able to safely identify and respectfully collect plants on your own
• information about traditional and modern use in cooking, cosmetics and folk medicine and simple, practical implementation in everyday life
• Collecting selected plants together practical joint processing of the herbal treasures incl. 1 product to take home
• small snack with herbal tea or herbal juice and small herbal snacks for a cosy finale
• Provision of required materials and organic ingredients Comprehensive wild herb e-book with recipes (pdf) Positive effects of forest bathing and new plant friendships

Organisational and legal information:

• Outdoor footwear and clothing suitable for the weather are required for participation, sure-footedness and the ability to stand for longer periods of time
• participation is at your own risk
• In the event of extremely bad weather conditions such as heavy rain, storms or snow, dates may be cancelled at short notice; these can then easily be made up for on all subsequent dates
• Dogs can be taken along by prior arrangement
