Skiing lift Gaal
GaalThe Gaal ski area impresses with its many years of experience, guaranteed snow and top-prepared slopes.
Gaal offers excellent snow reliability and perfectly groomed slopes that are suitable for the whole family. Ski equipment can be conveniently hired from the modern ski rental shop, which is always up to date. Qualified ski instructors from the Gaaler Lifte ski school are on hand to take beginners and advanced skiers alike safely and enjoyably onto the slopes.
After an easy arrival, families can head straight out onto the 2.3 km ski highway and warm up before hitting the varied slopes. The adventure slope with its XXL banked turns and waves is particularly popular. All lifts start at the same starting point, so you can always keep an eye on children and adults. Night skiing on 1.4 km of freshly groomed slopes is also a special highlight with an impressive view of Gaal. For beginners, the new "Schi GaalaXie" children's area with practice slope and conveyor belts is ideal for learning to ski. With a bit of luck, you might even meet one or two World Cup skiers or Olympic champions who regularly train in Gaal.

Winter season opening hours from November 29, 2025, to March 16, 2026:
- daily from 09:00 to 16:00
- start of the night skiing season on December 26, 2025
- end of the night skiing season on February 20, 2026
A special experience is night skiing in Gaal, where all facilities are also in operation in the evening. The night skiing times are from December 26 to 30 and January 2 to 5 daily, and thereafter every Friday from 19:00 to 21:00.
