Organic Farm Hasler vlg. Freitag – Sustainable Agriculture
At over 1,200 meters above sea level lies the organic farm Hasler vlg. Freitag, where mild acidophilus yogurt is made from fresh hay milk. The award-winning yogurt is offered in 15 different varieties.
The farm is a traditional mountain farm that has been family-owned for generations and has been operated organically for several years. Additionally, the Hasler family supplies the initiative "Back to the Origin" with organic hay milk, further emphasizing the quality and origin of the dairy products.
The yogurt is available at ADEG in Möderbrugg and can also be ordered directly from the farm. Please register for farm pickups.
