From the center of Bad Mitterndorf or the tennis hall, the route starts in the direction of Grimminghalle. A footpath leads east under the B145 and then over the railway line towards Krungl. The path then branches off to the right and climbs along quiet side roads towards Bad Heilbrunn. Soon it continues along shady forest paths – perfect for endurance running in natural surroundings.
At the turnoff to Neuhofen, continue towards the district of the same name and from there back towards Bad Mitterndorf center. Signposts are hardly necessary, as the destination remains in sight.
