The information office is open from Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. and 02:00 p.m. - 05:00 p.m. In the high season it is also open on Saturdays from 09:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.

The prices for hiking guides, hiking maps, postcards, etc. are listed on site.
At the post partner the prices depend on the size, weight and type of the shipment.
