This heap of ore close to the mountain pasture Teltschenalm reminds on the mining of iron.
This mine was still operating in 1906 where iron had been mined. But in the end the qualitiy of the ore was not of high quality and the mining was closed.
During the summer months, the gallery near the Teltschenalm is accessible via a hiking trail.
