Culinary alpine pasture music journey

The culinary Alm Musi Roas spoils you with five courses on the highest lake plateau in Central Europe - the Tauplitzalm! Enjoy the day with music and stroll train ride over the Tauplitzalm.

The following regional delicacies await you:

  • Station 1: Maxi's Almbuffet - Surprise appetizers with Bella Rosa Uhudler Frizzante from the Schneeberger winery
  • Station 2: Naturfreundehaus - Beef Tatar with Rochus Cuvee from the Schloss Thaller winery. Or organic farmer's cheese from Tauplitz on salad with Pinot Blanc from the Schloss Thaller winery in Fürstenfeld.
  • Station 3: Linzerhaus - Styrian horseradish soup with home-smoked Ausseer char. Served with Chardonnay from the Bischof winery.
  • Station 4: Hotel Hierzegger - Almochs boiled beef with root vegetables, boiled potato and bread horseradish
    Vegetarian alternative: Butternut squash with creamy mushroom polenta and potato and lamb's lettuce salad. Served with 1/8 Schilcher from the Klug winery in St. Stefan ob Stainz
  • Station 5: Hollhaus - Buttermilk pana cotta with Sennerstraube. Served with blossom muscatel from the Jauk winery

The Tauplitzalm slow train takes you comfortably from one station to the next - you can enjoy the day in complete relaxation!
