In the heart of Bad Aussee, the Villa Maria Theresia welcomes its guests in a historic spa-style villa from the year 1885. The approximately 200 square meters of accommodation combine the charm of past eras with contemporary living comfort.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood stove, and a spacious salon with an original tiled stove are available. Two verandas and a vast garden with a terrace, play area, and barbecue space invite you to relax.
For relaxation, the in-house sauna provides comfort, especially after an active day in nature.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, a bicycle storage room, and private parking spaces right by the accommodation.
The villa is ideal for families or small groups who value spacious areas and an authentic atmosphere.

The center of Bad Aussee with its cafés, shops, the spa park, the Kammerhofmuseum , and the Mercedes Bridge can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Walking and cycling paths start right at the front door.
