The cozy, comfortable, and family-friendly ÖAV Linzerhaus is located at an altitude of 1,638 meters directly on the Tauplitzalm.

In a stunning location with views of the Grimming, Traweng, and across the entire Tauplitzalm, the Linzerhaus offers ideal conditions for overnight stays, resting, and relaxing. The spacious panoramic terrace invites guests to linger and offers an impressive view of the surrounding mountainous landscape.

The refuge of the Austrian Alpine Club boasts modern infrastructure for courses, conferences, and seminars. It is located directly on the 6-lake hiking trail as well as the Salzkammergut BergeSeen Trail, making it an ideal starting point for numerous outdoor activities. In winter, the Tauplitzalm high trail runs directly by the house, and the nearby ski area can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. A winter vehicle transfer is available if needed.

Single, double, and quadruple rooms are available, as well as seven comfort rooms with four beds, sinks, and showers. The rooms can be booked with breakfast and/or dinner.

The house is perfect for relaxing stays in an alpine environment, both in summer and winter.

    The Tauplitzalm can be reached from Bad Mitterndorf via the Tauplitzalm Alpine Road. (subject to toll)

    In summer you can drive up to the accommodation. In winter, the car must be left at the large parking lot on the Tauplitzalm. You will be picked up from there and brought to the farm.

via the A2 Südautobahn, the S6 to St. Michael, continue on the A9 Phyrn-Autobahn, take the Liezen exit to the Trautenfels junction - turn off to Ausseerland

via the A1 Westautobahn, take the Regau exit as far as Gmunden, continue on the B145 as far as Bad Ischl, turn off into Ausseerland/Liezen
