The Lärchenhütte offers a cozy refuge for up to  twelve people and is situated in the heart of the Tauplitzalm. Right next to the cross-country ski trails, ski slopes, and numerous hiking paths, it is surrounded by six crystal-clear mountain lakes. The cabin was built from local larch wood, combining rustic coziness with modern comfort.

The mountain cabin consists of two separate living units, each accommodating up to six people.
Each apartment features three tastefully furnished bedrooms, a living-kitchen with a TV couch and additional seating area, a bathroom with two sinks, and a separate WC. Amenities include, among others, a sauna, a ski boot dryer, a balcony or a terrace, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and a radio/CD player. Additionally, a ski room, a sun terrace, parking spaces, a lawn, and a barbecue area are available. The entire accommodation is smoke-free.

    The ascent is from Bad Mitterndorf via the Tauplitzalm Alpine Road. (subject to toll)

    In summer you can drive up to the accommodation. In winter, the car must be left at the large parking lot on the Tauplitzalm. You will be picked up from there and brought to the hut.

via the A2 Südautobahn, the S6 to St. Michael, continue on the A9 Phyrn-Autobahn, take the Liezen exit to the Trautenfels junction - turn off to Ausseerland

from direction Vienna, Linz

via the A1 Westautobahn, take the Regau exit as far as Gmunden, continue on the B145 as far as Bad Ischl, turn off into Ausseerland/Liezen

from Salzburg

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen

from direction Carinthia

via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
