Located on the sunny southern shore of Lake Grundlsee, in the heart of Styria’s Ausseerland, Haus Hillbrand is a lovingly maintained holiday home offering a spacious apartment for two to four guests.

The 90 sqare meter ground-floor apartment has its own private entrance and features two separate bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with satellite TV, DVD player, radio, and flat-screen TV.

A special highlight is the 60 sqare meter terrace with seating, which opens onto the well-kept garden. Guests can enjoy the sunbathing lawn, barbecue area, and even a free pedal boat for use on the lake.
Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and private parking are included. The house is a non-smoking accommodation, and pets are not allowed.

The area offers a wide range of activities – Lake Grundlsee is just a two-minute walk away and perfect for swimming, boating, or simply relaxing. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start directly at the house.
In winter, cross-country ski trails and several ski areas are within a five-kilometer radius.
