Located on the quiet edge of Grundlsee, in the heart of Styria’s Ausseerland region, Haus Forstner is a family-run non-smoking home offering a well-maintained holiday apartment for two to four people.

With about 50 square meters of space, the apartment features a comfortable living kitchen with dining area, couch, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette including oven, stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and electric kettle.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an extra bed. The spacious bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower, with a separate WC. Bed linen, towels, and tablecloths are provided.
A south-facing balcony with mountain views offers the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast or a peaceful break in the fresh alpine air. A fresh bread delivery service is available on request.

The surrounding area is ideal for relaxation and nature activities. Several hiking and cycling routes begin right at the doorstep. A particularly popular option is the scenic 20-minute walk to Lake Grundlsee.
Many other leisure options such as natural bathing spots, cozy inns, and walking paths can be found within a two-kilometer radius.
