Haus Brandstätter is located in a quiet, sunny setting at the edge of the forest, between Grundlsee and Altaussee – right in the heart of the Ausseerland region in Styria.

The holiday apartment offers around 100 m² of space, accommodating up to five guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. Two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with cable TV, and a balcony with views of the surrounding mountains ensure a comfortable stay. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a garden with barbecue facilities, and a private parking space.

The surrounding area offers a variety of recreational opportunities. Lake Grundlsee is just a few minutes away and invites you to go swimming, paddling, or sunbathing in summer.
Hiking trails start right outside the house – one highly recommended route leads to the picturesque Bärenmoos, a peaceful high plateau with wide meadows and stunning views of the Totes Gebirge mountain range.
In winter, cross-country ski trails and the nearby Loser and Tauplitz ski areas offer excellent conditions. Just a few meters from the house, a farm shop supplies fresh regional products for daily needs.
