This traditional Aussee-style house features three lovingly designed holiday apartments, accommodating two to four guests. Each apartment is equipped with high-quality furnishings, a cozy atmosphere, and stunning views of the lake.
Highlights include a spacious sun terrace, a private lakeside lawn, and direct access to the water—ideal for swimming or relaxing.

A variety of activities await within a two-kilometre radius: Strolls along the lake lead to the mystical Toplitzsee or the picturesque village of Gößl.
Hikers will find well-marked trails at the foot of Mount Backenstein, while the lake itself offers opportunities for boat tours, stand-up paddling, or fishing. In winter, the area is perfect for cross-country skiing and peaceful snowshoe hikes through snowy landscapes.
