Feel good in the middle of the impressive mountain and lake region of the Ausseerland-Salzkammergut.

The completely renovated vacation home Fux with 124 square meters of living space is located at the end of a dead-end street (peace and quiet is guaranteed) with two private parking spaces and two terraces. Kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom on the first floor, three bedrooms and toilet upstairs are available.

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator and two freezer drawers. Cooking and eating utensils available. A spacious bathroom with underfloor heating with shower, double sink, towel dryer, hairdryer and toilet is also located on the first floor. Towels (set of three per person a Euro five) can be provided upon booking.

The living room has a flat screen TV and unlimited WIFI access (under legal conditions). The south facing Dachstein room has a double bed, closet (safe) and a balcony. Also facing south the Grimming room (attic) with double bed, closet and safe. With two single beds and closet (safe) is the Lawinenstein room in the north of our house. Bed linen is included.

Also available are two terraces, south facing with barbecue facilities and herb raised bed (in season) and north facing for lounging. In a lockable storage room (right next to the house), sports equipment such as skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely stored. The cross-country ski trail is 300 meters and the free ski bus stop is 100 meters from the house.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
