The small idyllic house in original Ausseer style is located in the garden of Fischerndorf 1, the former school of the village, directly next to the parish church and in close proximity to the lake. The view from the windows overlooks the lake, Dachstein, Sandling, and Trisselwand. No street noise disturbs the peace, and the circular path around the lake begins at the garden gate. The house is furnished with old farmhouse furniture and has an open fireplace. You can access the garden with dining table and hammock at ground level. A table tennis table, a three-person kayak, and bicycles are available for use. There is a sauna in the main house. The house is simply but tastefully furnished. In winter, it is centrally heated with a wood stove or electric heating. There is a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, a kitchen, and a cozy salon.

In the immediate vicinity of the parish church St. Ägid to Altaussee stands this idyllic vacation home for five people. Three bedrooms, an open fireplace, a sauna next door and the cozy garden provide the necessary recreational value.

Lake Altaussee is a few meters away and shopping facilities are reached in five minutes on foot. Excursion possibilities like the Loser or the Salzwelten are reachable by car.

via the A2 Südautobahn, the S6 to St. Michael, continue on the A9 Phyrn-Autobahn, take the Liezen exit to the Trautenfels junction - turn off to Ausseerland, before the Pötschen turn rigth to Altaussee. Drive the local road almost to the end. After the Gasthof zum Hirschen on the right side, take the private road to the right, after 70m take the gravel road on the left (leads to the church), it leads directly into the garden.

from direction Vienna, Linz

via the A1 Westautobahn, take the Regau exit as far as Gmunden, continue on the B145 as far as Bad Ischl, turn off into Ausseerland/Liezen, after the Pötschen turn left to Altaussee. Drive the local road almost to the end. After the Gasthof zum Hirschen on the right side, take the private road to the right, after 70m take the gravel road on the left (leads to the church), it leads directly into the garden.

from Salzburg

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen, after the Pötschen turn left to Altaussee. Drive the local road almost to the end. After the Gasthof zum Hirschen on the right side, take the private road to the right, after 70m take the gravel road on the left (leads to the church), it leads directly into the garden. 

from direction Carinthia

via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen, after the Pötschen turn left to Altaussee. Drive the local road almost to the end.
