Around the apartment, there are numerous recreational opportunities within a radius of two kilometers. In the summer, the surrounding mountains invite hiking and mountain tours, while the Altausseer See provides refreshing bathing fun.

Cultural highlights such as the narcissus festival or the culture summer at the Altausseer festival meadow are also in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the Loser ski area, only about 15 minutes away and conveniently accessible by ski bus, offers skiing enjoyment.
Additionally, ski tourers and snowshoe hikers also have plenty to look forward to – the Tauplitz and Dachstein Krippenstein ski areas are also quickly reachable.
