The holiday flats are located on the quiet outskirts of Bad Aussee and have been completely renovated. The 70 m² flats each offer space for a maximum of four people.
The popular Dachsteinrunde leads directly past the flats.
The Kainisch and Koppentraun rivers, which are a paradise for flyfishing, are in the immediate vicinity. Hikes can be easily started from DAS JOHANN without a car. Perfect starting point to explore the Ausseerland Salzkammergut.
The flat Hermi
is located on the ground floor and offers its guests a hallway with old wood wardrobe, two bedrooms with box-spring beds, bathroom, rain shower, separate WC and a spacious living - dining area. A QLED TV is located in the living area which can be comfortably controlled from the couch. The fully equipped kitchen with crockery, coffee machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and internet radio leaves nothing to be desired.
Wifi is available free of charge.
In the cellar there is the possibility to park bicycles/e-bikes free of charge. Furthermore, there is a ski stall for storing winter equipment and two boot dryers. The latter not only dries the shoes but also disinfects them.

is located on the first floor and can be reached via an outside staircase.
