The Grimminggarten Apartment, completed in March 2021, impresses with full panoramic windows, a covered terrace, and a garden with a fantastic view of the Grimming. The 2-room apartment has 56 m², accommodates four people, and is tastefully furnished. The apartment features a large living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet. Additionally, a private carport is available for you.

The apartment is located facing south in an elevated position on the outskirts of Tauplitz. The town center can be reached on foot in five minutes. There is a small Spar grocery store, the tourist information center with an integrated postal partner, several restaurants, and a sports shop. From the town center, you can reach the valley station of the chairlift in three minutes. This takes you to the impressive Tauplitzalm Lake Plateau – a paradise for hikers that is hard to beat.

A wonderful relaxation zone in the Grimminggarten Apartment is the almost 16 m² covered terrace. It provides natural shade during the day – except for about two hours during lunchtime – and offers protection from wind and rain. This way, you can enjoy sitting outside on warm summer days even in bad weather. The terrace is equipped with a large eucalyptus solid wood table and four multi-position chairs. The angle of the chairs can be adjusted in four steps, so they can also be used as loungers. Or you can lie down in the hammock (Hutschsack) and enjoy the beautiful natural arena around the Grimming while swinging.

A special attraction of the Grimminggarten Apartment is – besides the covered terrace – the beautiful garden facing south. Here you can sunbathe, relax, and grill while enjoying a fantastic view of the Grimming. The garden is equipped with two high-quality sun loungers, a large sun umbrella, and a small mobile table. You can place this table anywhere in the garden with one hand depending on the sun's position, allowing you to enjoy your morning coffee or a refreshing drink in the afternoon. Vacation heart, what more could you want….

Thanks to the large full-width window front of the living room, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Grimming at any time of day. You can choose whether you prefer to admire this natural wonder from the extendable leather couch or the reclining chair. For dining and cozy gatherings, a large solid wood table is available. Additionally, the living room is equipped with a 49-inch smart TV.

The new modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking pots, and various accessories. It includes an induction stove, a dishwasher, an oven, and a refrigerator. For coffee brewing, there is an espresso maker, a French press, and a milk frother available. Right next to the kitchen island is a display cabinet, where you will find a large selection of glasses (for juice, beer, wine, spirits, etc.).

For a restful sleep, the large double bed (180 x 200 cm) is equipped with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses. Besides the standard cushions (80 x 40 cm), you also have large cushions (70 x 90 cm) and foam cushions available. Above the two nightstands, there are dimmable reading lamps that also have a USB connection for your phone or tablet. On the wall side, you will find a large sliding door wardrobe that offers ample storage space and also has storage elements. Enjoy direct access from the bedroom to the covered terrace and garden!

The Grimminggarten Apartment features a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet. The bathroom includes a large mirror with LED lighting, a spacious shower cubicle, several towel holders, and enough shelving for your toiletries. Additionally, there is a hairdryer and a washing machine in the bathroom. Like the entire apartment, the bathroom is also equipped with underfloor heating.

Adjacent to the entrance door is a spacious wardrobe with shelf for hats, a bench, and a shoe rack. The sliding door wardrobe in the hallway offers you a large mirror surface for dressing.

Just about five meters opposite the front entrance of the house is a covered carport where your exclusive parking spot is located. From here, you can access the apartment entrance door barrier-free via an elevator, which is one floor down. Opposite the apartment entrance door in the stairwell, there is a small storage area where you can park a stroller or other smaller accessories. On the same level as the carport, there is a lockable general storage room in the building where you can store bicycles.

My fascination for the Ausseerland began almost 20 years ago. From year to year I spent more time in this unique region - in summer as in winter. A deep connection developed with the Styrian Salzkammergut, which has meanwhile become my new home.
