It is located on the 3rd floor of a seven-story building, providing you with a magnificent view of the mountains and the surrounding landscapes. The last renovations were completed in 2025, so you can look forward to a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

The apartment features an inviting bedroom with a comfortable bed and an additional room designed as a living and dining area. A cozy sofa and a sofa corner invite you to relax, while the dining area provides space for sociable dinners. The large windows allow plenty of daylight to create a cozy ambiance. The closed kitchen is fully equipped and features an electric stove with 4 burners, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Here you can self-cater and unleash your culinary skills. Dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are also available.

Apartment Svea is particularly suitable for families, as children are warmly welcome, and there is enough space for everyone. Pets are also allowed for a small fee, allowing your loyal companion to share beautiful moments with you. Please note that a maximum of one pet is allowed per stay.

The bathroom facilities include a shower with a bathtub, a toilet, a sink, as well as towels and a hairdryer to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Additionally, a smoke detector ensures extra safety.
