The apartment is located in house two on the Sonnenalm in Bad Mitterndorf in a quiet location on the edge of the forest. Hikes and bike tours are possible directly from the accommodation. If you arrive by car, parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

The 60 m² apartment on the mezzanine floor and has a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, bathroom with large shower, toilet and an eat-in kitchen with stove combination and dishwasher. For infants there is a high chair and babies sleep in the crib in the parents' bedroom.

In the basement there is a private and lockable cellar compartment for storing bicycles and skis.
