Welcome to the Paschek family winery in Eichberg Trautenburg! Eichberg Trautenburg is located in the wine-growing region of southern Styria, making it one of the most beautiful regions in Austria. Here you can explore the hilly landscape and enjoy the tranquillity of the vineyards.
Eckhard graduated from the technical college for viticulture in Silberberg. He then passed the master's examination for viticulture. He can therefore call himself a “master winemaker”. call himself. He is responsible for the production of our quality wines, brandies, juices and sparkling wines - everything “drinkable”, so to speak. His many years of experience in cellar management and working with the latest technology in the cellar confirm the quality in the bottle. He has won awards for his wines, sparkling wines !!!Landessieger!! and fine brandies. Eckhard is a passionate winemaker.
Romana is responsible for preparing the food in the Buschenschank. The various dishes are lovingly prepared. Baking bread has already become a vocation for her. She was awarded the Golden Ear in 2020. “Pampering the guests” is the focus. The guest must feel good! She also passed the “Sommeliere Austria” exam at WIFI Styria. She enjoys organizing wine tastings at her own winery.
Gabriel and Paula are our two heroes at the winery. Gabriel, 9 years old, and Paula, 7 years old, sweeten our farm and constantly provide new, exciting hours.
Relli is the grandmother of the Paschek family. When Eckhard and Romana are busy on the farm, she is there for our children. Grandma also looks after the house garden. So we can serve vegetables from our own garden in our Buschenschank. The taste is unmistakable! The guests love it!
