Ferl's Wine Bar has a long tradition that dates back to 1944. Since then, the tavern has been continuously run and has established itself as an institution in Graz over the decades. Today, Karli Pichlmaier, a top chef with much experience and passion, runs the establishment and gives it a new, creative touch with modern accents.
The menu follows the "5-component rule": five appetizers, five main courses, five desserts, and five wines – all fresh, seasonal, and regional. Whether it’s Wiener Schnitzel, Beef Tartar, or creative vegetarian dishes – everyone can find something to their taste here. Additionally, a daily lunch menu is offered.
